I just like the soft water fact as it saves on laundry soap dish soap and skin feels better . However I cannot justify the yearly price as I only use 3 bags a year as my husband has now passed and I live alone and am wondering if it is worth it for me to keep it on.

I have had Culligan for many years. We just bought a new home in an area with hard water.
I made a call to the local Culligan dealer, and He made arrangements for a unit to be installed the next day. The service technician Zack listened to my request and did an excellent job installing the new unit. the install looks very professional. Lines are routed out of the way, the lines are straight and perpendicular,and will make it easy to maintain and fill with salt. I was very impressed with his work.

Lincoln serviced my RO system. He was quick, efficient and very kind. An asset to Culligan.
The service is fine. However, we usually get a call from the service man who seemed to be the same man for quite a while. This time we did not get a call telling us they were on their way. This is a curtesy on their part but I was surprised that the two just showed up. I'm guessing one of the two that came to add salt was a trainee but no one really said a word. It just seemed strange.

We have horrible drinking water in Delray and the reverse osmosis system we have is a blessing. The service has been great and our latest service tech was early but called to be sure we were aware. And in and out quickly. Very efficient.
