The technician was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our system and immediately ordered a part. The part was available quickly and the return visit to install the part was completed with little delay.

Reliable service
I just like the soft water fact as it saves on laundry soap dish soap and skin feels better . However I cannot justify the yearly price as I only use 3 bags a year as my husband has now passed and I live alone and am wondering if it is worth it for me to keep it on.
