They are always friendly and helpful whenever I call with a question. This last time I called we were out of water and not scheduled to have a delivery for a month and a half. They scheduled a delivery for the next day and then changed the service delivery's so that we wouldn't run out again. The gentleman that did the delivery was very nice and even installed the new water jug without being ask.

Worthwhile products, great service, friendly personal contact. A nice, immaculate facility. You do a good job.
You can definitely tell the difference when drinking reverse osmosis water compared to hard water filtered. The soft water is really awesome. Our clothes and towels are so much softer now. The Culligan reverse osmosis and soft water system in our house is well worth it. Can't believe we waited so long to get it!

Only concern is that I cannot read what the service person performed in my house as the handwriting is not legible.
I like the rental process I like the fact that the salt is put in there for me.
