I’ve been very happy with the service from Culligan Water. They deliver water to my home and consistently do an excellent job. The deliveries always arrive when they say they will, which makes it easy to plan around. I also appreciate that they call the day before to remind me of the delivery, so there are never any surprises.
The drivers are professional and the service is reliable. It’s clear that the company values punctuality and good customer communication. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Culligan to anyone looking for dependable water delivery service.

Brandon was excellent and tested the kitchen drinking water tap as well as my shower. So pleased. Also, the fellow that delivers my salt is really good as well. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was the guy who told me re my problem was NOT the salt but the unit and have it checked. Thank you for being very efficient.

i need clean water for my health and i like soft water because it works better. as for services, the Collagen folk i connect with at Ramsey, MN feel like caring home folk form the office staff to the guys who come to my house with salt and/or check on my water purifying system or, as of yesterday, installed the Culligan Total Defence system. i am totally pleased for the options Culligan brings into my life.
A huge shout out to Jenny McElroy!! She provides truly amazing customer service. She is incredibly caring toward her customers and always goes above and beyond to be helpful. Even while she was on vacation, she took the time to let me know she was away and that she would get back to me as soon as she could, which I really appreciated. I work a K-12 school with a ton of accounts, and she is always patient and kind with me when I am figuring out what we need next from Culligan.
After several poor customer service experiences in the past, Jenny has completely turned things around for me. Her responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism make a huge difference- she is one of the reasons I have decided to keep our business with Culligan. Tech did a good job in checking out our Culligan water system. We are under a maintenace contract with them. He changed the filters which needed to be changed, along with some other small parts; emptied and refilled the tank. Since we are under a maintenance contract with them, there is no charge for this call, including the parts.
