Even while she was on vacation, she took the time to let me know she was away and that she would get back to me as soon as she could, which I really appreciated. I work a K-12 school with a ton of accounts, and she is always patient and kind with me when I am figuring out what we need next from Culligan.

i need clean water for my health and i like soft water because it works better. as for services, the Collagen folk i connect with at Ramsey, MN feel like caring home folk form the office staff to the guys who come to my house with salt and/or check on my water purifying system or, as of yesterday, installed the Culligan Total Defence system. i am totally pleased for the options Culligan brings into my life.
