Tech did a good job in checking out our Culligan water system. We are under a maintenace contract with them. He changed the filters which needed to be changed, along with some other small parts; emptied and refilled the tank. Since we are under a maintenance contract with them, there is no charge for this call, including the parts.

The deliveries always arrive when they say they will, which makes it easy to plan around. I also appreciate that they call the day before to remind me of the delivery, so there are never any surprises.

Brandon was excellent and tested the kitchen drinking water tap as well as my shower. So pleased. Also, the fellow that delivers my salt is really good as well. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was the guy who told me re my problem was NOT the salt but the unit and have it checked. Thank you for being very efficient.
