The quality of the product and the customer service from Culligan Water Company in Belleville are excellent. The gentleman that delivered our salt a few days ago was awesome. He filled up our salt tank and carried the bags of salt to our basement and placed them in the room that holds our Culligan water softening system. He was quick, courteous and very helpful. Delivery guy was great. He was new apparently but was extremely friendly and had no issues with carrying the bottles around to the proper doors for us.
