It was nice seeing Tim again before he leaves sometime this year but Ryan has been killing it as well. I'm not sure where you find these drivers but they're always great.
I am most likely to recommend culligan to someone if they can have Jesus Jimenez as their route driver. He is efficient, kind, and I have confidence in him. I appreciate that he knows how quickly we go through water and has even asked us if we think we need to go up or down in how many gallons he brings us. I have worked in other culligan serviced offices but Jesus makes it a difference in that I remember him and I remember the care he puts in. I couldn't tell you anyone else's name.

When you call they are friendly and give you answers. The delivery staff is friendly and takes care of things.
Good customer service is hard to find but I found it recently with our Culligan folks. Jody at the customer service office and Joe, our delivery technician, were both very helpful with my questions about our general service/salt delivery as well as with our FloodStop system. Joe was punctual, called before he arrived as requested, and called while onsite to answer my questions. I appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you!
