Our old cooler quit working and Larry made it a point to get us a replacement quickly. I was told in the phone it would be about a week, but Larry stopped in the next day and said, “When I saw your cooler broken, I wanted to get you a replacement as soon as possible.” Larry is always so kind and friendly. I enjoy seeing him when he stops in. Larry, our whole office thanks you for the quick response.
