I was with Ozarka for about 25 years. I had an issue with them from time to time regarding their delivery service or lack thereof. I finally called and canceled their service and called Culligan. They have been great. They are a local company or franchise and have responded immediately to any questions or additional services that I might need. My personal needs are for water delivery once a month, but they have also serviced my soft water system on two occasion. Immediate service and immediate solution. Fantastic.
