We love our water softener from Culligan. We loved working with Josh. He made it easy to pick the best water softener and get the installation process schedule quickly. Josh is very responsive and helpful on any questions we had!!

The technician was very prompt and quick. The service went well and he did a great job. The filter did not work properly for several days and has finally started working. Most likely due to the membrane needing to be replaced.
