The equipment is a real workhorse, no problems, no hassles, just keeps working. Loading the salt is getting difficult due to the weight of the bag. But I will figure a work around to load up the tank.

I love your guys‘s water. I love the service machine for the water and my delivery guy. Jack is absolutely the best. He truly honestly cares. Jack always calls me. Lets me know that he’s dropping it off or he’s at the location now and always asked if there’s anything else he can do for me. Excellent service with Jack.
Delivered salt to front door .
We like our delivery dude, our "Culligan Man." He is personable and on time. The water is refreshing. Have communicated with the main office via email & phone on several occasions and have had good interactions. Fine company.
Fabian, the Service Tech, was fabulous-polite, knowledgeable, fastidious and best of all he repaired the unit. He took the time to explain what was wrong and also explained how to adjust the settings on the water softener to address the iron and hard water conditions we have coming from our well water. He is a 10!
