I have been a customer of Culligan for over 5 years. Their water softener and reverse osmosis are "best-in-class". I recently needed some service / maintenance on my system and I had the opportunity to meet with two of the technicians (Jake and Ryan). Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and they booth took their time to explain what they were doing. My system is running like it's brand new and I couldn't be happier. I also believe the company (at least this location) have gone through some changes over the past year or so and want to highlight their new general manager - Matt Day.

i have known my delivery man for many years. he is friendly, helpful and always on time. i appreciate his personal calls to remind me of delivery dates. i like the product and the water cooler. i am disappointed the delivery fee continues to increase as well as the cooler rental. other than those two items, my experience with culligan for over 20 years has been a pleasant one.

Our softner and ro system do a great job of giving us great soft water and good tasting drinking water. And the service is great on getting our filters replaced on the ro unit. Service tech is friendly and is great at answering any question we might have.
The technician that came to service my equipment was knowledgeable and very personable. He represents your company extremely well.
