The customer service as been amazing! We were getting new carpet put in and needed to move our unit so we contacted Jenny just to see if they would have someone come and show us how to disconnect it so we didn't mess it up. Jenny scheduled a technician to come out to unhook and move our unit the day of the instillation and they came back the following Monday to hook it back up! We had a little bit of a billing issue at first but they've been a great help with getting that resolved.

We are very happy with Culligan deliveries. On delivery morning I received a text to let me know when the delivery would be made, which was very helpful. The driver was very friendly and polite while he was in my home, carrying the heavy bags of salt to my basement.

We have been Culligan users for about 50 year’s since buying our house. It was only the last few years that we let the service lapse and we can’t remember why but there was a lot going on with our lives at the time. My family always used Aquasoft Service and then Culligan later on so I grew up with soft water service.

This is my second system with the first in 1984 !!Pleased with the excellent customer service both in the store and my home. Have recommended Culligan systems to several people over the years.!!
Convenient
Everyone who I have dealt with so far have been great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and willing to share their knowledge and experience. We recently put in a new water treatment system including softener, Iron/Sulphur removal and UV light/filter.
That a service pours the salt into the softener for us.
