We were having a lot of trouble with lime build up in the hoses to our espresso machine and batch brewer. We hope having the water softening service will keep this from happening in the future.
They come once a month to bring salt & check softener. The person who sold this was very friendly & helpful. Overall, I think the service was amazing.
