Great communication, email and text for delivery of salt to the unit I purchased from them. Open up the garage door and the nice delivery driver puts the salt in, if not home, he leaves it on the side of the garage. Soft water unit has been trouble free and works great.

Stephanie does a great job! but you can only do so much. Delivery driver needs to fill the water supply at the store before he leaves on his route. Building needs a lot of work !

We have had the same service person, Brett, for years. Great guy. The office staff when you call is always polite and able to get you serviced in a timely manner.
Our Culligan water softener sensor somehow stopped our water in our house from working. It must have gotten wet when the exterminator had sprayed in the area beforehand. We called Culligan immediately after trying to problem solve. Traci Romero answered the phone (on Christmas Eve) and patiently walked me through the process of getting our water back on in the house. We were SO grateful! She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She eased our frustration and helped our holidays to be a little brighter by getting our water back on.
