We called to report an issue with the speed our water was being delivered and that our drinking faucet wasn’t working properly. Culligan was able to send a service member out within a couple of days. Andrew, our service guy was wonderful. Andrew was a very polite and efficient communicator. He talked me through everything that needed to be done and instructed me on how everything worked. Andrew was also receptive to any questions I had and insured me that steps would be taken in the future to make sure our unit would be serviced routinely.

I initially had a peroxide system to treat sulphur back in 1995. It lasted all these years, so it definitely paid for itself several times over. I recently replaced the system and also had a softener installed. I'm very pleased with both and am confident that both are of the same high quality and will last for many years to come. The installers, Conrad and Patrick, were very efficient, friendly and competent. They made sure the water pressure was sufficient before they left so I was thankful for that, too. They arrived early and the work was done in a timely manner. I'm already seeing a difference in the water. So happy with my decision and the company. Thank you!
