I've been with culligan in coldwater for many years, I've never had a problem with my softener, I prefer to rent my unit other than purchasing it, if it was to malfunction they take care of it, instead of me. Important fact, culligan salt comes in 40 lb bags of pure salt, crystal white no flllers, store bought are 30 lb bags of filler including dirt, (sorry for your softener),culligan salt costs more because you get more, 1 bag will last twice as long as any chain store brand, so now it's not expensive, do the math, if you have any questions or problems you can call and talk to a real person every time, what the ____,call them up and get hooked up, you won't be sorry, 👍👍😎
My delivery driver Matthew does an outstanding job at giving me notification of his arrival so I can open the gate and put the dogs up. Culligan has done a fantastic job from day one for me! Highly recommend them and their service!

Our delivery drive, Ryan, was so helpful. My husband has difficulty walking and Ryan is always willing to meet him in the garage and help get the bottles inside our garage and assist my husband with gathering up the empty bottles. We appreciate the extra time he takes on our delivery.
On time deliveries, great customer service nice fresh water. Water is very important whether it’s winter or summer.
