The repair person was outstanding. He was very helpful. I could see that he knew his business about our RO system. He was patient with questions that I had while he still worked. He did what he said he would do. He gave me the full estimated before he started working. The estimate that I received over the phone did not include labor. Very courteous and respectful of property. You should have a whole workforce with his demeanor and talent.
