My delivery person was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He tested for soft water, explained why there was water at the bottom of the tank and filled the tank efficiently.
Sales rep was informative and helpful. Allowed us the space to make a decision and was quick to outline next steps and contract questions. Installation Techs were professional and just as informative, they worked quick and got the job done neatly.

Our service tech, Chris was above and beyond with his explanations and problem-solving. He was able to assess the issues and implement the corrections. Night and day difference from our previous service tech that left us in the same situation with the system that was not functioning as it should. Will absolutely request that technician for future work.

Kyle the Culligan service tech was on time, polite, informative and answered all of my questions. He explained what he needed to do to the RO system and why he needed to do it to get our RO system up and running again. He was professional, informative and fixed our unit in a timely manner. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Kyle and Culligan Water to everyone!
We have had some bottles leak in the past, but Tom always makes sure we get the new bottles so we dont worry about that anymore. Excellent service.
