The softner is smaller and more compact than our previous model. It is so convenient to have the salt delivered and poured into the dispenser so that I no longer have to tote those heavy bags.

Great service! Friendly staff
Had service on my water softener a couple of weeks ago and had the blue light filter replaced this past week. I was very happy with the service from both technicians. I don't have the name of the first one but the technician this week was Adam Nelson. Both techs were very efficient and helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative I have was that when I made an appointment it took one and a half to two weeks out for the appointment. If this time could be shortened it would be good.
