The water tastes great. Service to the machine is quick and easy. Our delivery driver Joe knows us and takes care of our needs. (We have a small dog and is careful to not let him escape. It is much appreciated.)
I have good service from Culligan.
We bought our first Culligan water softener in 2011 which gave us 14 years of trouble free service, so it was an easy decision to replace it with the current version and anticipate another 14 years or more of trouble free use. Any time we have had dealings with sales people or service people the have been knowledgeable and friendly.

The office if easy to reach and staff are very helpful. The delivery guy carries the bags downstairs which I appreciate now that 40 pound awkward bags hurt my back.
Even when I've forgotten to put empty bottles out they will knock on my door to see if we need a bottle. Saved us from running out more than once.

Although we hit a bump in the road with scheduling this month, it is nothing compared to the convenient, on time, friendly service I have received from Culligan of St. Cloud. If all such services had this high quality, life would be so much easier for everybody. I know that is not reality, but a person can wish!!
This product works more efficiently than the previous water Softener I have. The installer was very competent and friendly. He took time to explain to me how the system works.
