Joe is the very best. He's been delivering to us for many years. He's so attentive to whatever we need. He texts me the night before each delivery to let me know he's coming, and to find out how many we need at my office and also at home. I will always remember the day he delivered to our home and our new puppy immediately ate the tops from each of the bottles. I called Joe and he came back the same day to replace all the damaged bottles even though it was completely our fault. Joe is deserving of a raise! We love him.

Joe was our service tech and he was great. Came on time, was knowledgeable and polite. Listened to the issue I was having and steps I had taken to remedy. Quickly identified the potential issue and diagnosed it quickly. Walked me through the system and how it works together and how it works with my well system. Took the time to walk me through the controls so I can resolve this type of issue on my own in the future if needed. Thanks Joe!

After getting a new sulfur filter, I had 4 issues and scheduled service. Levi Cox was the responding technician. Levi found the root cause of each and made it look easy as he fixed each issue. Levi was a pleasure to deal with and turned me from being unhappy to a very happy customer. Levi Cox is a keeper.

The product maintenance is once a year and it seems durable.
Only complaint is that the battery holder 'should' be constructed in a stronger fashion. Maybe put a tighten down lid that is threaded or snapped in place. I have to tape mine in place each time we change the batteries.
Technicians have always been professional and helpful. Appointments are convenient. My one complaint is that I was told there wouldn’t be a fee for a tech to look at my water softener when I was having problems with it. I was charged around $90, it was billed as an estimate. He was in there less than 2 minutes. I paid it, but in hindsight I should’ve insisted on a credit towards my account or a refund.
Service is good. No problem on deliveries.
The issue is, is the billing. It is confusing. Always have to call and correct amount due. They give amount due plus what will be due the next month. The bills are broken down into sections. One for bottles and deposits and one for dispenser rental. Bills should be shown in total amount due. It seems I have had issues with this 2 or three times per year.
No hassle. Customer service is great, easy to work with.
