I really like the way it softens our water. We don't have to use as much soap in the shower or the clothes washer as we did before we started using Culligan. The services are great. The delivery person, Thomas Bruce, is very competent. He knows what he's doing and he does it carefully, but quickly. He is friendly and happy to answer any questions I have about our Culligan equipment and how it works. He even disposed of the empty salt bag(s) and dirty filter.

The Culligan (Sharp Water) of Salisbury, MD team is AMAZING! They took the time to test our water and explain our options. No rush or hard sell. The installation was smooth and professional. Everything was explained and made sure I had downloaded the app and connected the new filtration system to our Wi-Fi. Could not be happier with the entire experience!

I receive a phone notification a day before a delivery. The driver is polite and informative. If there is a problem with my credit card payment plan, which is cut of for fraud a couple of times a year, it's not a hassle straitening it out. It's a very customer friendly company.
I like that your delivery guy is the best!! He is always on time and carries those heavy bags of salt down to my water softener. He checks to see if they need to be added to the tank. He is extremely friendly and a credit to your company.
