"We have been with Culligan of Philadelphia, PA for over 10 years, and for the vast majority of that time, the service has been excellent. However, this past year was quite frustrating due to several communication breakdowns that made it difficult to get clear answers.

I’m happy to say that after reaching out, some fantastic representatives stepped in and completely resolved the issues. Their professionalism and willingness to listen really turned things around. It’s a relief to be back to the high level of service we’ve come to expect after all these years. Highly recommend them for their long-term reliability and commitment to making things right."
