Culligan has great customer service. We have had a reverse osmosis system for years, and we just added a water softener last year. They deliver the salt and replace the filters as part of our rental agreement. Everyone is always so polite. I would highly recommend Culligan of Columbus!

Th equipment seems to be doing the job. It would be nice to have a follow up from the initial water test to ensure the equipment is providing safe drinking water and the TDS is at the level I was told it “ should” be at.
The installation looks great, just the follow up would be great!
We get Hydrogen peroxide delivered to our residence in Clifton Park by Stephen. His service and attention to detail and keeping in touch to see what we need is above and beyond. You guys should consider yourself lucky to have an employee like him.
