Every time I communicate with my local Culligan team, they are so very helpful. The young man that delivers my salt is so vary nice and thoughtful. He works very hard!!!
I like the delivery people and the pleasant office staff.
It was easy to start service. I got the first delivery the next day while other companies would've had me waiting weeks for a delivery. They were slightly more affordable than other companies but have better quality water.
Disappointed that my softener was not functioning for almost a year while techs wee telling me it was fine. The latest tech, a few weeks ago, took the time to investigate and found that a float mechanism was stuck. He changed the tank and all is good.
