We have been long time residential clients & although I know the your office is a part of this BUT over the decades our current driver Greg who has been on our route for over 2 years has kept us as clients as we always get our delivers on the correct day, we always get exactly what we ordered, he always gets the number of bottles returned correct and perhaps most important, he follows the deliver instruction on our file to pickup & deliver to our back door. I have rarely see him and the 2 times I do recall he was friendly & had a smile on his face.
My only concerns is that you don't promote that your bottles are BPA free & I would prefer to not drink out of plastic bottles but that is offset by the benefits of delivery.
Plus, with the City of Calgary water main issues, we appreciate knowing we have a reliable source of drinking water.

What keeps me as a customer is the service I receive especially from my delivery driver Joe. He has basically been my deliverer since the beginning of my relationship with Culligan. He is always cheerful and comes with a smile on his face. If I have any issue he attempts to help me rectify the situation. I can only hope that all of your deliverers provide the kind of service Joe does for me.
Jesus Jimenez is our delivery driver and he’s great! He’s helped us by coming out of his way to deliver water for us when he knew our delivery date got messed up after a computer error. We really appreciate him and his hard work.
