The technician communicated well in that he called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and he showed up on time. He was prepared with the equipment needed and the routine maintenance went well. He did promise to ask Kendall about unplugging my unit when we are absent from the weekend home. To date, I have not received any follow-up on that question; i.e., I do unplug the large filtration tank when we are away, but should I be unplugging the light bulb, or just leave it alone?
I have water to drink that does not smell or taste as if it came from a stagnant pond. The water coming from the Culligan filtration system is clear, tastes fresh and is odorless. The original estimate, the installation and the final product were all delivered on time, as specified and with a personal touch by everyone involved. I am very satisfied with this product and the purchase.
Service is prompt within the time window scheduled. Staff for service and by phone bill payment are always courteous and efficient.

Larry the lifesaver. Larry comes when we need him most and never ever fails to deliver. Old Emmett Culligan sheds a tear in heaven as Larry humbly, enthusiastically, and efficiently delivers hydration and the good name of Culligan to local businesses and residencies. Larry is the embodiment of everything a Culligan man should aspire to be like. I would trust Larry with my firstborn and wife if I had to go off to war, Larry is the man I know I can always trust to do what he does best. When dark times fall upon us, when hope is all but lost, Larry remains. Unchanged and unshaken in the wake of any disenchanting spell. I looked for Larry on the ballots, and was very upset and disappointed that he was not a candidate. Larry the Culligan Man of Fairfield/Cincinnati region is my idol and my role model. I would say he deserves extra paid time off, but who would want to keep Larry's grace and joy from grazing the faces, hearts, and minds of the hydrated and unhydrated alike.
