Great service
I was happy to find out you installed reverse osmosis filtering under my kitchen sink. I looked up Culligan online. I thought you only managed water softening systems which I did not want. I attempted to manage myself for years until finally, the old system stopped working. I was very confused about the filters offered online from Home Depot and Lowes. I decided to go with Culligan as you are the experts. I was relieved to call and find out everything you offer.

The friendliness of the personnel that work there and their thoroughness in getting whatever the request is done in a professional way. We may have a hiccup a time or two but it is always corrected quickly. We have always been treated fairly and quickly. Love having you guys for our water softener and salt delivery every time.
I get spectacular service. No complaints in my driver is super sweet and always checks in via text in the morning of delivery.
Flexible to deliver. We are closed on Fridays but deliveries adjusted to another day.

I don't know his name but, he represents the company very well. I have several health issues and he's very patience with me. I don't get bottles that leak anymore I don't get bottles that look just terrible, that you would not want to drink or use that bottle, anymore. We have used salt before without problems.
