I called requesting support for how to reset the clock on my water softener after experiencing a power outage and the response was better than expected. I thought that somebody would call me and walk through how to do it; instead an extremely qualified service technician stopped by and helped me.
Also, the office contact was professional and kept me up to date as to when the service tech would be at my home.

My service man is a wonderful man explains everything to me!! he really goes out of his way. I told him he doesn’t have to put the booties over his shoes, but he still does never leaves a mess. He cleans everything up I would give him 10 stars ⭐️

It’s good water
Easy appointment setup, a courteous technician who showed up right at the scheduled appt time, and he solved the issue fairly quickly. He was a little vague about instructions for caring for the unit, but we got the gist.
