I receive a phone notification a day before a delivery. The driver is polite and informative. If there is a problem with my credit card payment plan, which is cut of for fraud a couple of times a year, it's not a hassle straitening it out. It's a very customer friendly company.
I like that your delivery guy is the best!! He is always on time and carries those heavy bags of salt down to my water softener. He checks to see if they need to be added to the tank. He is extremely friendly and a credit to your company.

I had an issue with my water softener and called the office and spoke with Traci. She listened to my concern and was able to contact the technician to have him come to my home quickly. Manny came out in a very short time and was able to fix the problem. I applaud both Traci and Manny for listening to my concern, coming out quickly, and fixing the issue. Thank you Traci and Manny!
For today in snowy weather, the driver charles was uncomfortable bringing his truck down our on paved roads. So instead, he put the bottles of water on his hand cart and he walked a good half a mile to my house, at least a quarter of a mile to a half a mile to my house, to deliver the water to me. In these snowy conditions and I feel that charles went above and beyond his responsibilities as a driver.
