The convenience of having salt delivered and put in the water softener tank.
Water bottles are good ! Because we don't have a cooler ,we have to remove the filler cap .
This create sometimes a problem when the cap is not properly precut for removal .
Then we need a plyer to pull the cap off the bottle .Just to let you know where improvements could be made .

I’m not sure as I was almost out of softener salt and just had six bags put in my softner. The man that delivered it I believe his name was Tyler was very friendly and courteous.

My driver, our beaman, is the best part about this entire system. Honestly, the guy goes out of his way to help my small business. He shows up. He just, he just does everything right. And he's absolutely professional. And that is, that is literally the reason that I continue the water is good, but this guy does his job.

We have your reverse osmosis water purification system. It has worked wonderfully for a long time.
One evening there was water and lots of it under the sink. We called the emergency number and received a call back very quickly.
Steve arrived the next afternoon and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and had the issue resolved that day.
The only difficulty was in receiving our invoice.

I really like the way it softens our water. We don't have to use as much soap in the shower or the clothes washer as we did before we started using Culligan. The services are great. The delivery person, Thomas Bruce, is very competent. He knows what he's doing and he does it carefully, but quickly. He is friendly and happy to answer any questions I have about our Culligan equipment and how it works. He even disposed of the empty salt bag(s) and dirty filter.
