I like this service. Water bottles are so heavy, and I wouldn't want to have to lug them from a store, get them in a car and then carry them from the car into the house. I love how consistent the delivery is too.

Customer service and techs are always polite and professional. When I need service they get me in for appointments quickly. Techs are efficient on site and get the job done quickly so there is little disruption. The RO system makes water as good or better than bottled water.

It is so wonderful to have your softener salt delivered to my home, taken to the basement by one of your staff, & then they fill my Culligan water softener with the salt. It is so very helpful for me, as I have reached the age when many of these tasks that used to be so easy are now such a challenge. Bless you for this service that you provide! ~Judith McKinstry

As I am a senior (83), I really appreciate the extra effort that your delivery people make:
always the salt, di-water and chlorine are dropped at my back door and if I am home to receive the products, the delivery person has carried them into my home and offered to empty them into the appropriate containers for me,. You can't imagine how much this means to me as lifting the bags of salt and the 5 gallon tubs of water are quite a challenge.

I'm happy with the service! The only thing is, after a year we got a new tank. But we did not get a new one or in exchange the second year. Just wondering why.
