Reno Culligan finally turned the corner with their new technician Danny Dubose. I've been a Culligan customer around the country for four decades and the last ten years the Culligan Reno has been my worst Culligan experience. The previous team sold me products like the RO unit that they advertised features on it that weren't true like being able to be connected to the kitchen faucet. Maybe it does in apartment buildings but not residential homes. Brad Gere was the salesman and he also didn't inform me what the annual costs of the RO filters would be and so paying on a monthly service plan wasn't part of my agenda. Tried to contact the owner multiple times and my messages went into a blackhole. So from that standpoint, management is still poor at Culligan and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. The one thing they did do right was hire Danny Dubose. I was very impressed with his competence and professionalism. He's able and trustworthy. Whatever he gets paid, double his salary because he's the only reason I'd still do business with Reno Culligan.
Irvin Analco is one of the best delivery personnel we have had. Makes sure we have all the water we need plus more when it's are harvest season. Highly recommend him.
The young man dropping off the salt for our softener is great, does a great job. Can’t thank him enough

The products and services are good, but my last experience with Matthew was outstanding. He followed up on my complaints and offered himself as my go-to representative for any future concerns. You’re lucky to have someone like Matthew.

My water is extremely hard and it was ruining all of my sinks, toilets, washers etc. I thought I had to buy one! They are so expensive and then if it breaks I have to buy another one. I am so happy that they offer rental. All repairs are free and if it breaks they just bring a new one! This allowed me to get a softener a lot sooner than anticipated.
Seriously it makes a HUGE difference to my household and I have so much less stress of water damaging my house every time I turn on the water.
