He is always friendly and prompt, keeps friendly conversation going and asks how we are if we are outside. As a household with physical disabilities, he always makes sure our water is easily accessible.

Services are great. Appreciate dropping off salt as I can not left the bags. My delivery man, Joe, is excellent. He brings the salt to the basement and checks if salt needs to be added as I can’t left the bag. He is always happy, positive and helpful. Great customer service. He is one reason I stay with Culligan.
A hey, Andrew came and did the service and he was very informative about what the problem was. He's actually very quick to find the problem which was, were problems on both of our account and very quick to find it very detailed and explaining what it was. And he had great suggestions at the end of the visit for what I need to do to sort of clear up and keep going and get the whole system back in, in order. So uh andrew was fabulous.
