The customer service is very responsive. If I have any questions or issues they’re quick to reply or correct the action. If we can get a more dedicated schedule on delivery, that would be amazing. I purchase this service for my parents and there has been times when the delivery never shows up and there isn’t any notification on it. They r also have forgotten cases of water for delivery serval times. Due to running out while on their run. But if we have it as an recurring order, it should be there for the customer.
