We appreciate the great customer service we have had with Culligan. Our driver, Jerad, always has a smile on his face and is very pleasant to interact with. He know exactly where everything goes and keeps us stocked up with the exact number of bottles we need each month, making adjustments as necessary. When our cooler had issues, we got a replacement quickly and outside of a tiny snafu with our autopay one month, billing has been consistent and predictable. Overall, we are very please with our Culligan service.
