I neglected to put out our bottles out on our regular delivery day due to a serious back injury, but Kristy was able to adjust the schedule in order to get some additional bottles to us so we don't run out. Before we got the Culligan system, I had to wear rubber gloves starting in October (or September if it got cold) to wash my dishes or my hands would crack. That stopped happening when we got the water softener. I also think it is better for my skin and hair. And the white lime build-up is now non-existent around all my faucets.
