We absolutely love Kareem! He is always so polite, asks if there is anything else we may need and makes the delivery service such a breeze. He is the only one we have had deliver and go above and beyond. All of the other drivers would just put our water wherever.
This man deserves a raise with the dedication he has to his job and making sure the customers are taken care of.
I called for service, we Called for service and They responded on time. Cheerful, friendly, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

You increase how much water we need as needed
Our water dispenser is not working. I called in this morning. Ashley M. answered the phone and helped us schedule an appointment the very next day. She was very professional and polite!
Mr Kareem Williams is always helpful and makes sure to contact me if I have forgotten to place bottles outside for replacement. I appreciate the he is always kind and professional ; this is a trait that we don’t see often.

Tim was great! He arrived on time, treated our home with respect and care, and walked us through the service he was going to perform before getting started. Following the service work, he walked us through what he did and provided some additional insights and tips before wrapping up. We hope that Tim will continue to service our home.

Water is very good, no issues with that or our water softener. I have to tell you what a great employer you have who delivers our water and salt. He always shows up, very reliable. He also calls me and waits for me if I forget to leave my water out. He’s super professional and always very friendly and kind. He deserves a raise!
Been with Culligan about 26 yrs. at 2 homes. The products are great, customer serive is great, salt delivery is great! Techinicans are great! I recently had a problem with my system using too much salt. Culligan sent out a service tech right away. The service tech was Chris Carpenter, when he arrived he introduced himself & asked what the problem was? I explained to him we were using an unusual amount of salt. Chris asked a few questions, looked at our settings & checked the water for softness. Chris adivised me of the problem & how it had happend, reset our settings & wrote down for me what the settings are & how to reset them if necessary. Then checked the softness again. In my opinion Chris is the best service tech I have ever had for any kind of service not just Culligan. He is proffessional, polite, knowledgeable, & explains things so you can understand what was done & what to watch for. Chris is an asset to your company & should be recognized as such. I would give Chris a 10 + on a scale of 1 to 10 Thank you Chris & thank you Culligan.

He is just a wonderful young man. Friendly and warm and so helpful. So good at his job. Always a pleasure to see him.

Prompt maintenance when needed
We had softener salt delivered, Joe was our delivery person. Joe was outstanding, offered to put the bags in the basement for me, he was very professional and kind. You have an excellent person representing your company. We are overall very pleased with the service we get from Culligan.

Miss culligan for around 30 years now. Never had a problem with the products are great or service. People are fantastic. Even their customer service is good. Don't plan on leaving them unless they just go off the face of the or I would recommend calling good one to anybody that needs assistance with or water the softer or anything else.
