I’m not sure if his name, but the young man that delivers in Seadrift goes above and beyond to help us out. He is always friendly and prompt, keeps friendly conversation going and asks how we are if we are outside. As a household with physical disabilities, he always makes sure our water is easily accessible.

Services are great. Appreciate dropping off salt as I can not left the bags. My delivery man, Joe, is excellent. He brings the salt to the basement and checks if salt needs to be added as I can’t left the bag. He is always happy, positive and helpful. Great customer service. He is one reason I stay with Culligan.

The customer service was fantastic! Everyone answered all of our questions and helped us fully understand the benefits of this service. Installation was seamless and the team was efficient and personable.
Keith was very thorough in explaining what was needed to get our system running. Seems there was so confusion from our previous tech visit as to what was wrong with the system and how to repair. Hopefully Keith has the answer!
