Joe is our delivery driver. He is extremely conscientious and helpful. He brings extra water whenever we request it, and always has a great attitude, even though he has to bring our water up a flight of stairs and down a hallway. He always makes sure we have what we need!
And, when our water cooler malfunctioned, he immediately arrived with a replacement.

A hey, Andrew came and did the service and he was very informative about what the problem was. He's actually very quick to find the problem which was, were problems on both of our account and very quick to find it very detailed and explaining what it was. And he had great suggestions at the end of the visit for what I need to do to sort of clear up and keep going and get the whole system back in, in order. So uh andrew was fabulous.
The girl working the counter always is smiling, in a good mood and helpful. She has great customer Sevice qualities.
Our monthly delivery by Joe out if Danbury is great. Joe is friendly and very helpful. He always arrives on time and schedule with a smile.
