A year ago, the nps score would’ve been much lower; but the team heard my frustrations (and it sounds like it was centered on an individual not the organization), and since then, every single individual has been excellent and Culligan has gone above and beyond in rectifying the situation. Zakk who came to service my softener was amazing - effective, efficient, and more than willing to be informative with my questions and curiosity about the functionality of the system and the available new products and services Culligan provides. 10/10 “no notes” on my experience with Culligan and Zakk himself in the last 6 months.

It's a great addition to have in our home! The delivery to our doorstep is awesome! It makes it easier for us than having to go to the store for bags of salt.
I like the whole home water system and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. I rent the units, it’s worth it and the Culligan people are nice. They deliver salt every 3 months and make sure the system it working properly. Can’t ask for more than that.
