It is reliable delivery service except when the driver changes and the new driver does not know the routine. It only happened once and now my regular delivery driver is back and I appreciate that. Otherwise, I have not had any issues with customer service.

I put in a request for information about hot/cold water dispensers and water delivery to our home. Dawn Hollingsworth contacted me today and was able to give me the information I wanted and set us up for a delivery on April 9th. I was very pleased with Dawn’s professional, and friendly attitude. It was nice not to deal with a pushy person. Dawn made sure to set it up exactly like I wanted. Appreciate Dawn Hollingsworth’s great customer service 😊 and would recommend her and Culligan to others!!

My Culligan water softener system works well. The employees have been consistently courteous and respectful. They always take my concerns seriously. So I’ve had excellent customer service. The very nice lady in the Findlay office is always so friendly and helpful, I enjoy seeing her every month when I stop in to get hydrogen peroxide. I really appreciate the salt delivery. He is also nice and efficient and it’s so great to not have to lift those bags!! Worth every penny!
Have had my softener and RO system for 25 years snd still working great. Have the maintenance done annually. Had a minor issue with a salt bridge, diagnosed by Joe, service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick to help resolve my issue. Arrived on time and recommended steps to resolve the problem, which is very simple to implement. He assured me thst my system was functioning prop,just needed a salt bridge resolution. If I ever need to replace or upgrade my system, it will definitely be Culligan.
On time and on a schedule all technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable about their product. Prices are a little higher than other services but it get good value for what you pay,
