Your rep Derek was knowledgeable and courteous. He lives nearby and understands our local water issues. He was excellent in assisting us with scheduling an appointment at a time that worked for our family. He had great follow-up skills and was very responsive! Your service tech was awesome - kind, courteous, friendly, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thoughtful. Both men deserve a raise or at least a kudos. They're keepers. The water filter is working great, definitely meets expectations so far.

I like the quality of the salt. I like the fact that the salt is delivered to my residence. The price is reasonable.
It’s really all about the employees that help manage my account. The man who delivers the water softener rock salt. The person who comes out when I’m concerned about water on the floor under the equipment. The people who answer the phone when I call with questions or concerns.
They all are professional, yet respectfully friendly. You can have the best product in the world, but it’s their people, the employees who make the day to day customers feel like they are cared about.

The guys that come deliver salt for me. Number one are very invaluable, especially for a senior citizen. Number two they are so friendly and very caring and make sure they don't muck up my carpeting. Overall they do a very good job with salt delivery to my household. I have used them for numerous years and will continue to do so.
