Culligani is great, the products are great, customer service is great & the Technicians are great!! Been with Culligan for nearly 25 yrs. in 2 homes. Just had a small problem with our unit using to much salt. Culligan sent out a technician Chris Christopher. He looked at the unit & advised he could fix the problem & explained what he was going to do in detail. Chris is an asset to your company, he is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about your products. Never had a technician help us like Chris did. He reset the unit & showed me how to reset the unit if I had a similar problem. He wrote down all the settings for me. I would give Chris a 10+ out of 10, if we were to have any more problems that needed a technician I would ask for Chris to be the technician to help us. Also when I called Culligan about my problem I spoke with a lady in servicd dept. who was also very helpful but I can't think remember her name, I would give her a 10 also. This is why I like Culligan, they are DEPENDABLE.

Stephen was great! Went above and beyond to set everything up while educating us about how everything works. He was efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with he made sure all of the old equipment was removed and gave us advice on what to do with a water tank that was left on the property. He’s an exceptional part of your business and he should be rewarded we work with a lot of service people and they don’t always show up with the care, positive attitude and customer service these days. Stephen was one of a kind.
