I called Culligan because the conditioning unit I am renting was making unusual noises and needed repair. I didn't think the issue was urgent; however, a repair technician was able to come the next day. He "rebuilt" the necessary unit, added a part and filled the salt container. I couldn't be happier.

the delivery guys are just ok - they tested the water once when we first signed up and if they knew more, they would have known it was set way too high, but that’s not what they are really trained for
