I was very pleased with how my recent issue was taken care of. Ryan was at my home to take care of the leak in my water filtration system immediately, and remove the tank causing the issue. It was returned in a few days. All was done in a respectful and kindly manner.

Water tastes great! Very little to no rust in tiles and showers and laundry! Now that we are older it's easier than maintaining the salt system we had... great for older folks who cannot manage the 20 lb. Salt bags!
