The iron removal system is wonderful! We miss our service guy since he has recently retired but the Coeur d Alene office brought a wonderful serviceman from Moscow to help with our problem. We have had Culligan since 1993 and are very satisfied!

My delivery driver is fantastic! Your phone staff has been hit or miss (they are all very nice but sometimes what I think is taken care of doesn't happen). I am not sure if would've switched if I knew there was no online ability to change my delivery date of bottle count. Though the text confirmation does make it easy for me to change my bottle count.

I appreciate their commitment to customer service. So many companies it feels these days , have lost what it means to pride themselves on integrity and customer service. In the dealings I have had with Culligan, everyone has been so nice and when I’ve had a question on a bill for example, it was explained to me thoroughly and respectfully. And when I completed the survey wrong , they were on top of finding out what happened to rectify the issue. I appreciate that and their commitment to their customers. Thank you!
Friendly and attentive staff
Quick to respond and set time to perform a free home estimate. Provided a suggestion for the home but also provided a higher functioning product. I settled on their suggestion for the home.
It was a day or two after the estimate that a time was set up for the install and the installers were here at the start of their estimated window to begin. Install went well and quick and asked for my opinion about the location as opposed to where my old unit was.
The piping change looked real good and I was very pleased.
