Our softener helps our municipal supplied water immensely- and saves $$ in the long run. Less laundry detergent needed, our showers keep hair soft- less shampoo and any applincesxusing water last longer. The monthly plan may seem expensive but we have our sakt drlivered/ top up softener tank, and have RO filters etc. changed out yearly. The recent agent who came to our house was chatty yet efficient & even said hello to our nosey cat. Staff are polite, courteous on the phone, yet efficient. The voicemail is now more efficient too- it used to be unnecessarily lengthy & complicated.
