I ran out of Salt and the next delivery schedule was in two weeks so arrangements were made to put some salt on one of the trucks that was doing Service in the area and he stopped by and delivered the Salt for me. I could never lift those heavy bags and know how much to put in.

I called Culligan London for some adjustments to our whole-home water softener system. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and quickly fixed the issue. He explained everything clearly, replaced the battery, and reset the reverse osmosis system. Overall, the service was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I was very pleased with the experience and appreciate the great customer service.
